Securitas Technology Denmark seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support approximately 100 employees and 12 leaders during a period of growth and integration. This hybrid role in Copenhagen involves strategic partnership and hands-on delivery, focusing on employee relations, organizational change, HR processes, talent development, and integrating acquisitions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert on Danish labour law, employment legislation and HR compliance.
  • Support leaders with performance management, capability development, employee relations and organisational challenges.
  • Support union engagement and collective agreement interpretation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the business.
  • Lead the people aspects of the CamVision integration, supporting leaders and employees through change.
  • Help align structures, processes, policies and ways of working across the combined organisation.
  • Drive cultural integration initiatives that support collaboration, engagement and business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Develop and improve practical HR processes that support a growing business.
  • Create onboarding programmes that help new employees integrate quickly and effectively.
  • Strengthen employee lifecycle processes from hiring through to development and retention.
  • Support managers with performance reviews, development planning and succession discussions.
  • Create practical tools, templates and guidance materials for leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR practices, systems and employee experience.
  • Map existing HR activities and identify opportunities for centralisation.
  • Work directly with Shared Services to transition administrative and transactional HR processes.
  • Establish service ownership, escalation routes and governance frameworks.
  • Remain actively involved during implementation to ensure successful adoption by leaders and employees.
  • Maintain oversight of operational HR delivery whilst driving improvements in efficiency and employee experience
  • Partner with managers to identify current and future capability needs.
  • Support recruitment activity, candidate assessment and hiring decisions.
  • Help create a consistent and positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and probation management processes.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and business-critical positions
  • Support the rollout and adoption of learning platforms, compliance training and development programmes.
  • Partner with leaders to create action plans from engagement survey results.
  • Help build a culture of accountability, inclusion, growth and continuous learning.
  • Support leadership development initiatives across the business

Krav

  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish labour law, employee relations and union engagement.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, integration, acquisitions or business transformation activities.
  • Experience building or improving HR processes, frameworks and ways of working.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and operational environments.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and management teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Relevant HR certifications or professional memberships are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with collective agreements such as the Alarm, Electricians and/or Industry agreements would be advantageous.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching capability.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
