I korthet

HR Associate Partner needed for a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore, India. Responsibilities include maintaining HR reports, employee engagement, grievance handling, HRIS, and payroll coordination. Requires 2-3 years of experience, strong communication, and MS Office skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports.
  • Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity.
  • Proactive sensing of ER issues and grievance handling.
  • Manage HRIS and Payroll.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment and ERC Team.
  • Handle statutory compliances.
  • Ensure Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances.
  • Process and audit Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
  • Manage basic supplies like Uniform, pantry, lockers.
  • Organize engagement activities for associate experience.
  • Vendor management/Cafeteria management.

Krav

  • Graduate in any discipline preferably from a recognized university.
  • Overall experience 2-3 years.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High presentation, reporting and team player skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated customer focus.
  • Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Consistent effort, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
  • Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Preferred background work experience in HR of having worked with Large Warehouse/Logistics/ Manufacturing companies.
