We are seeking an HR Associate Partner for our Last Mile PXT team. This role focuses on ensuring headcount delivery, leading employee engagement initiatives, managing employee relations issues, and stakeholder management with operations leaders and vendors. Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and effective communication skills are essential.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure HC delivery through effective planning, absenteeism assumption, and studying external impacts like weather and festivals.
Lead employee connect and engagement to ensure higher morale and productivity.
Handle grievances and employee queries.
Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership.
Proficient in data analysis, report, and dashboard preparation using HRIS and MS Excel.
Critical stakeholder management including operations leaders, manpower agencies, transportation, and canteen vendors.

Krav

6+ months of human resources experience.
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
Experience in confidential environments.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated high level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic.
Consistent effort, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond.
Effective team player, acts like an owner, and focused on delivering results with high standards.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of ER and compliance will be an added advantage.
1+ years of human resources experience.
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
