This HR Associate Partner role supports management with administrative and operational tasks, including managing attendance, processing time off requests, and inputting documentation into HR systems. The position requires 6+ months of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Clear system flags and assess attendance points for unexcused absences.
  • Collect and organize time off request forms, and obtain manager approvals.
  • Ensure proper coding of 'time paid not work' and 'time not paid, not worked' types.
  • Make points corrections for staffing agency and Amazon associates as directed.
  • Identify, track, and reconcile missing punches (in, out, lunch).
  • Clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags with manager approval.
  • Enter punches for orientation time for new hires from staffing agencies.
  • Input corrective action documentation into the Amazon GAPS system.
  • Research associate counseling history to confirm correct levels and dates.
  • Submit counselings for both Amazonians and staffing agency associates.
  • Print and organize attendance counselings for managers.
  • Print and post rates throughout the shift for all associates.
  • Answer associate questions regarding points and time off balances, and escalate discrepancies.
  • Assist with safety and dock audits.
  • Assist managers with running and tracking production reports and updating operations reports.

Krav

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
