Ansvarsområden

  • Clear system flags and assess attendance points for unexcused absences.
  • Collect and organize time off request forms and obtain manager approvals.
  • Ensure proper coding of various time-off types (Vacation, Personal Time, Voluntary Time-off, Lack of Work).
  • Make point corrections for staffing agency and Amazon associates as directed.
  • Identify, track, and reconcile missing punches.
  • Clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags with manager approval.
  • Enter punches for orientation time for new hires.
  • Input corrective action documentation into the Amazon GAPS system.
  • Research associate counseling history and provide performance summaries.
  • Submit counselings for associates, track approvals, and print for managers.
  • Print and organize attendance counselings for managers.
  • Print and post rates throughout the shift.
  • Answer associate questions regarding points and vacation/personal time balances.
  • Assist with safety and dock audits and publish them.
  • Assist managers with running/tracking production reports and updating operations reports.

Krav

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
