Ansvarsområden

  • Clear system flags and assess attendance points for associates for unexcused absences.
  • Collect and organize time off request forms, getting manager approvals for vacation requests.
  • Ensure proper coding of paid and unpaid time off (Vacation, Paid Personal Time, Voluntary Time-off, Lack of Work).
  • Make points corrections for staffing agencies and associates as directed by HR or site leaders.
  • Identify, track, and reconcile missing in, out, and lunch punches.
  • Clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags with manager approval.
  • Enter punches for orientation time for new hires from staffing agencies.
  • Input corrective action documentation into the Amazon GAPS system.
  • Research associate counseling history to confirm correct levels and dates of prior counselings.
  • Submit counselings for both Amazonians and staffing agency associates.
  • Print and organize Amazon attendance counselings for managers.
  • Print and post rates throughout the shift for all associates on set schedules.
  • Answer associate questions regarding points/vacation/personal time balances and escalate discrepancies.
  • Assist with safety and dock audits and typing/publishing reports.
  • Assist managers in running/tracking production reports and updating operations reports.

Krav

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
