Responsibilities
- Implement employee surveys and questionnaires, assisting HRBPs with analysis and action planning.
- Manage onboarding processes and partner with the recruitment team for hiring associates.
- Collaborate with business leaders and support functions to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs to support the business.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and assist in investigations.
- Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, including exit interview analysis and trend highlighting.
- Prepare and publish attrition analysis dashboards.
- Drive engagement initiatives such as new hire buddy programs, Voice of Employee, and R&R.
- Partner with HRBPs to drive career pathing sessions and initiatives.
- Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessments.
- Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
