Amazon is seeking an HR Associate Partner in Delhi NCR to implement HR plans and solutions, support strategic business initiatives, and deliver results. The role involves managing HR operations, including employee surveys, onboarding, grievance handling, and compliance. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere.

Ansvarsområden

  • Implement employee surveys and questionnaires, assisting HRBPs with analysis and action planning.
  • Manage onboarding processes and partner with the recruitment team for hiring associates.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and support functions to maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Implement new policies, procedures, and programs to support the business.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and assist in investigations.
  • Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, including exit interview analysis and trend highlighting.
  • Prepare and publish attrition analysis dashboards.
  • Drive engagement initiatives such as new hire buddy programs, Voice of Employee, and R&R.
  • Partner with HRBPs to drive career pathing sessions and initiatives.
  • Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessments.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
  • Ensure statutory compliance.

Krav

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
