I korthet

We are seeking an HR Application Development Specialist to join the ASK HR team at Volvo Group in Wroclaw, Poland. This role focuses on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD application, participating in Agile Scrum activities, and acting as a consultant for HR application capabilities. The position requires analytical thinking, good communication skills, and a willingness to work in an agile environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD application.
  • Participate in all sprint activities.
  • Conduct technical investigations regarding application capabilities.
  • Develop stories chosen for the sprint.
  • Act as a Service Now HR Application consultant.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, HR Application Developers, Subject Matter Experts, Leaders, and various stakeholders globally.
  • Analyze and clarify stories raised by stakeholders.
  • Support the Product Owner in preparing the road map, including research of new features, implementation, training, and go-live.
  • Create and configure HR services and other components in ServiceNow.
  • Test configurations and developments.
  • Run Service Now HR Application information sessions.
  • Advise during meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Raise tickets to the ServiceNow vendor and participate in resolving platform issues.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow application is a plus.
  • Understanding of Volvo Group application landscape (HR, identity management, exchange).
  • Understanding of HR processes and environment.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS is non-obligatory but beneficial.
