I korthet

ASSA ABLOY seeks an experienced HR Adviser for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Stockholm or Malmo, Sweden, to cover maternity leave. This role involves providing generalist HR advisory services, supporting HR projects, and managing recruitment campaigns within the EMEIA Head Office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide a generalist HR advisory service to employees and managers across approximately 20 countries in the EMEIA region, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Cooperate with HR colleagues to understand and resolve HR issues.
  • Produce contractual documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and variation to terms letters.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and oversee recruitment campaigns.
  • Support the annual HR calendar of activities, such as pay review, objective setting, and performance review.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Support the enhancement of the Global HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors), including testing, training, and support.
  • Support EMEIA projects and initiatives, such as learning and development programmes.
  • Work with HRIS Specialists to ensure good adoption of the HRIS.
  • Carry out Job Architecture assessments to support employee development, compensation, and benefits strategy.
  • Support strategies to drive diversity and inclusion improvements.

Krav

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Significant relevant working experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Swedish employment law legislation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of an advanced HR Information System.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and passion for creating trustworthy relationships.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active and able to use initiative to identify solutions.
  • Proficient in English and Swedish.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience of working in a complex international environment is highly appreciated.
  • Experience of working within a unionised environment.
  • Ability to translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
  • Some travel requirements, with regular trips between Malmo and Stockholm.
