Ansvarsområden

  • Accelerate the progression and mobility of high-potential talent across the organization.
  • Enhance performance and development practices that enable a high-performing, growth-oriented culture.
  • Increase the impact and visibility of early-career talent pipelines.
  • Provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on capability risks, succession health, and talent outcomes.

Krav

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise talent, leadership development, performance, or succession strategies in complex global organizations.
  • A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through talent transformation and leadership capability building.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and shape organizational decisions.
  • Data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Strategic talent leader who shapes and delivers a clear talent, growth, and performance agenda aligned with business priorities.
  • Builds alignment and accountability across leaders, HR, and the business to drive consistent talent outcomes.
  • Champions leadership, talent, and capability development through coaching, succession planning, and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Drives a performance-focused culture that balances people growth, engagement, and business results.
