We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to head Specialised Advisory within Personal Banking, Nordea Denmark. This role involves leading a nationwide team, shaping the future advisory model, and driving digital transformation to enhance customer experiences and business results.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a nationwide organisation of significant commercial and strategic importance.
  • Set the strategic direction for the organisation and drive performance, business and concept development, and execution.
  • Drive digitalisation, AI and transformation at scale, identify opportunities and ensure that existing ways of working are continuously challenged.
  • Optimise customer journeys, collaboration and processes across the value chain.
  • Ensure high-quality advisory services as well as strong governance, compliance and risk management.
  • Lead and develop a strong leadership team that can set direction and deliver results within their respective areas of responsibility.

Krav

  • Proven success in leading large organisations through leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of transformation leadership, organisational development and cross-functional collaboration in complex organisations.
  • Experience in fostering a culture characterised by collaboration, engagement, accountability and high performance.
  • Solid experience in translating strategy into clear priorities and concrete actions that create value for customers, employees and the business.
  • A good understanding of how data, technology and AI can be used to improve customer experiences and performance.
  • A relevant higher education degree.
  • Experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record from large organisations and complex business environments.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operations, change and long-term development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring diverse teams together around shared goals and priorities.
