Ansvarsområden
- Lead and manage a high-performing Purchasing Support Centre team in India.
- Ensure optimized resource management, competence development, and performance excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and lead transform initiatives/projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on performance and transformation topics.
- Maintain and improve end-user satisfaction and drive stakeholder delight.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and efficient team utilization for prioritized projects.
- Monitor, review, and report on Purchasing Support Centre KPIs and performance metrics.
- Organize and drive monthly meetings and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for End Users, Buyers, Managers, and Project Leaders.
- Collaborate with Technical Leaders to resolve escalations and implement corrective actions.
- Represent Purchasing Support Centre/Volvo Group Purchasing in assigned projects and initiatives.
- Manage performance, people development, coaching, and feedback for team growth.
- Ensure delivery and quality from the team meet agreed levels and stretch targets.
- Facilitate key stakeholder and end-user communication.
- Introduce best practices and drive benchmarking within the Purchasing Support Centre.
- Drive Value Add Scope and Standard Scope deployment and enhance team scope.
Krav
- University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Leading Operations / People Management / handling large teams.
- Excellent Communication & Networking Skills.
- Experience in Cross-Functional collaboration and Global Operations.
- Experience in Leading Operations Transformation & Digitalization.
- Proven ability to drive excellence with a Continuous Improvement Mindset.
- Strong Business Understanding & Knowledge within Purchasing / Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to balance strategic overview with detailed execution.
