As Head of Project Management in Curitiba, Brazil, you will lead the Manufacturing Engineering project portfolio, focusing on industrialization, transformation, and circular economy programs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and at least 10 years of project management experience, ideally within the automotive sector.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead the Manufacturing Engineering project portfolio and support the organization’s strategic agenda.
- Drive industrialization and transformation projects, REMAN+ and Circular Economy programs, and CAPEX/R&D investment governance.
- Accountable for portfolio prioritization, value realization, organizational development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, strengthening critical competencies, engagement, and inclusion.
- Govern the Project & Business Office and the Manufacturing Engineering project portfolio.
- Manage CAPEX and R&D investments, including business case development and financial follow-up.
- Drive the Manufacturing Engineering Master Plan and lead transformation initiatives.
- Represent Manufacturing Engineering in local and global steering committees and leadership forums.
- Lead organizational change and continuously improve governance, processes, and project management practices.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a people leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- An advanced degree or PMP certification is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the automotive or heavy-duty vehicle industry is highly desirable.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong portfolio and project management capabilities.
- Experience in CAPEX and R&D investment governance.
