We are looking for a Head of Program Management Office to lead and further develop a best-in-class PMO within Logistics. In this role, you will set standards, drive large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensure value realization across a complex, international matrix organization.

“This newly established role is a key part of our ambition to take Logistics to the next level. As Head of Program Management Office, you will report to me and be responsible for establishing and building the Program Management Office—recruiting and shaping the team—and leading three direct reports. In parallel, you will take direct ownership of strategic programs that are central to our Logistics transformation journey,” says Jakob Hartvig, Head of Logistics Center of Excellence.

How you will make an impact

As Head of PMO, you will professionalize how programs and projects are planned, governed, and delivered across Logistics, operating where strategy meets execution. Partnering with Logistics leadership, the Global Transformation & Excellence organization, local markets, and individual sites, you will ensure initiatives are prioritized, delivered, and anchored with clear business impact.

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Set the PMO vision, operating model, and roadmap; implement fit-for-purpose governance and delivery standards.
  • Establish and Standardize our strategic framework across logistics, tools, data, and core logistics processes; ensure accurate reporting and network-wide adoption.
  • Govern the Logistics CoE operating model, aligning plans and priorities with Global Transformation & Excellence  and markets.
  • Lead stakeholder and change management decision-focused steering, clear communications, and training.
  • Own CoE financials and benefits tracking, ensuring KPIs, realizations, and transparent reporting.
  • Build project management capabilities across Logistics CoE and lead the PMO team coaching, upskilling, and driving consistent use of best-practice tools.

What will make you successful

You are a proactive, seasoned program and project leader who thrives in complex, international settings. Recognized for structuring, governing, and delivering large-scale initiatives, you bring clarity, momentum, and measurable value end-to-end. You pair a strong methodological foundation with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, translating strategy into executable programs and securing disciplined delivery. Comfortable in a matrix, you influence at senior levels and challenge the status quo to unlock long-term value. You lead by example, apply a consultant’s structured problem-solving mindset, and build strong relationships while elevating capabilities across teams.

We expect you to bring

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8–10 years in a comparable senior role and scope

  • Proven delivery of large-scale transformations across markets and stakeholders, incl. program/project and change management and upskilling

  • Success in complex matrix environments and steering committees with senior stakeholder management

  • Strong end-to-end strategic thinking, readiness to challenge status quo, and a results-oriented, lead-by-example approach

  • Robust consulting toolkit structured problem solving, facilitation, impactful presentations, and strong analytics (e.g., advanced Excel)

What we offer

You will have a unique mandate to build and shape a best-in-class Logistics PMO - designing the operating model and standards, and hiring and developing the team -while taking direct ownership of strategic, multi-year programs with enterprise impact, high executive visibility, and clear value targets.

You will join a collaborative, purpose-led culture with strong sponsorship from Supply Chain leadership and the Global Transformation & Excellence organization, and you will work across our global Logistics and wider Supply Chain network with international exposure to markets and sites, influencing end-to-end supply chain performance.

Above all, you will become part of a global, values-driven company with a strong focus on collaboration, development and sustainability.
