Ansvarsområden

  • Establish and lead Saab's future software-defined naval capabilities.
  • Lead the transition towards modern, modular, and continuously evolving combat system solutions.
  • Be responsible for the next generation Naval Command, Control & Autonomy system.
  • Ensure sustainable customer value through strategy and portfolio management.
  • Drive product innovation and development of a modern technology stack.
  • Lead a management team and collaborate across Saab programmes.
  • Manage customer relations and secure new business.
  • Execute ongoing contracts efficiently.

Krav

  • Documented experience of creating and implementing strategies that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Documented experience of leading a complex, high-tech organisation with highly skilled employees across AI, data, software and hardware domains.
  • Strong product vision to keep us at the forefront of the market and relevant to our customers' needs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a strong network of customers, industrial partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, software factories, AI-enabled development, and the future potential of agentic software engineering.
  • Experience in product planning and an end-to-end perspective on how to create modularised solutions that deliver customer value.
  • Documented experience of leading software-intensive product development and driving technology transformation in a complex engineering environment.
  • Requires passing a security vetting.
