  • Lead the next generation Naval Combat, Command & Autonomy system.
  • Ensure sustainable customer value through strategy and portfolio management.
  • Drive product innovation and develop a modern technology stack.
  • Lead a management team and achieve short- and long-term targets.
  • Play an important role in customer relations and collaborate across Saab programmes.
  • Execute ongoing contracts efficiently.

Krav

  • Documented experience of creating and implementing strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding business plan targets.
  • Documented experience of leading a complex, high-tech organization with highly skilled employees across AI, data, software, and hardware domains.
  • Strong focus on customer delivery.
  • Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, software factories, AI-enabled development, and the future potential of agentic software engineering.
  • Experience in product planning and an end-to-end perspective on creating modularized solutions.
  • Documented experience of leading software-intensive product development.
  • Experience driving technology transformation in a complex engineering environment.
  • Pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
