Electrolux Group is seeking a Head of Product Risk & Scenario Management to establish and lead a Product-level Centre of Excellence. This senior role involves defining risk frameworks, assessing business impact, and supporting informed decision-making across Product, Procurement, R&D, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance functions.
Ansvarsområden
- Establish and lead the Product Organization’s risk and scenario management capability as a Centre of Excellence.
- Define and improve the common Product risk taxonomy, scenario method, governance cadence, and top-risk view, aligned with the Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Ensure top Product risks have clear owners, mitigation logic, ageing, triggers, impact assessment, and decision asks.
- Develop cross-Product business scenarios for material risks (e.g., geopolitical disruption, regulatory change, supply constraints).
- Translate external geopolitical signals into practical Product risk scenarios and business impact assessments.
- Prepare scenario packs and decision support for major Product Leadership Team priorities.
- Manage and mature supplier portfolio resilience methods in partnership with Procurement.
- Partner with Enterprise Risk Management to ensure consistent application of Group frameworks.
- Challenge assumptions and connect functional risks into an integrated Product-level view.
- Develop pragmatic tools, dashboards, and playbooks to improve decision quality without bureaucracy.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in risk management, resilience, strategy, transformation, product or program governance, supply chain, business continuity, operational excellence, enterprise risk, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional work in a global matrix organization.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguity, identify material risks, develop scenarios, and translate them into practical options and decision recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and functional experts.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data, assumptions, scenarios, dashboards, and business-impact logic.
- Ability to turn complex risk signals into clear executive narratives, options, triggers, and decision asks.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications in risk management, enterprise risk, business continuity, supply chain, project or program management, or resilience are an advantage.
- Experience with supplier risk, procurement, supply chain, product development, manufacturing, technology, enterprise risk management, business continuity or operational resilience is valuable, but not a strict requirement.
- Familiarity with methods such as Time to Recover, Time to Survive, business continuity planning, scenario modelling, risk quantification, the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Enterprise Risk Management framework, International Organization for Standardization 31000, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Demonstrated change-management skills, including the ability to establish new ways of working and build adoption across functions.
