Ansvarsområden
- Shape and execute a future-focused people strategy that enables business growth, transformation, and organizational performance.
- Drive the People agenda for Group Supply and influence strategic decisions across the business.
- Partner with the Head of Group Supply and the leadership team to accelerate transformation, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead talent, succession, workforce planning, capability building, diversity & inclusion, and organizational change initiatives to secure future competitiveness.
- Challenge, coach, and influence senior leaders to strengthen performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Build, develop, and inspire a global team of People leaders and Business Partners to deliver impact at scale.
- Champion digital transformation and modern ways of working across the organization.
- Identify future-critical capabilities and actively drive reskilling and upskilling initiatives to prepare the workforce for tomorrow's business needs.
- Foster a high-performance culture that embraces innovation, continuous learning, and change.

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to shape business outcomes through people and culture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading leaders and global teams.
- A track record of building high-performing organizations and future-focused capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
