Arla Foods is seeking a Head of IT Product to provide strategic and operational leadership for product innovation and lifecycle management. This role involves driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and ensuring operational excellence for core product platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE, PIM, and Artwork Management, while leading a high-performing team.

Ansvarsområden

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the critical products area.
Ensure business value, strong performance, and continuous improvement.
Drive product direction, challenge priorities, and lead a high-performing team.
Manage budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risks, and investment decisions.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
Ensure compliance, security, data governance, and operational standards while supporting innovation and transformation.
Lead the development of Arla’s core Products platforms, including 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Product Information Management (PIM) and Artwork Management.
Support product development, product data management, packaging and regulatory compliance.

Krav

Strong experience leading technology products, product organizations or complex initiatives in an enterprise environment.
Proven people leadership experience, including developing and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions.
Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, investments, and vendor relationships.
Experience managing complex projects or product portfolios with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
A solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), product data governance, packaging and artwork processes.
Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM, Artwork Management or similar enterprise platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams.
