As Head of IT Product, HR, you will lead a critical HR product area and a team of professionals, combining strategic thinking with strong operational execution. This role requires a confident and resilient leader who can drive decisions, challenge stakeholders constructively, and build high-performing teams. You will work closely with senior HR and IT leaders to shape product direction, influence investment decisions, and ensure the HR product area continuously delivers value to the business.

Ansvarsområden

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership for the HR IT product area, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, effectively influencing and aligning diverse priorities.
  • Driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of business outcomes.
  • Taking ownership of budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risk management and investment decisions.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensuring compliance, security, and governance standards are met.

Krav

  • At least 3 years of formal people leadership experience.
  • Strong experience leading complex technology products, product organizations, or project initiatives in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial mindset, including ownership of budgets, investments, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects or product portfolios.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional technology teams.
  • A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and drive decisions forward.
