Ansvarsområden

  • Establish and scale the India Design Center for software development and verification.
  • Define the center’s operating model, capabilities, and growth roadmap.
  • Supervise the relationship with the technology consulting partner hosting engineering teams.
  • Ensure delivery commitments, quality standards, and productivity expectations are met.
  • Drive transparent governance mechanisms for performance, staffing, outcomes, and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure development and testing activities align with Electrolux engineering processes, quality standards, and architecture guidelines.
  • Support the adoption of internal development methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Promote strong collaboration between offshore and global development teams.
  • Ensure the offshore engineering center maintains alignment with Electrolux culture, practices, and product knowledge.
  • Support the integration of local teams into global engineering programs and product development initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between offshore teams and global product development organizations.

Krav

  • Experienced engineering leader with 10+ years in tech leadership.
  • Strong background in global software development organizations and offshore delivery models.
  • Technical understanding combined with operational leadership.
  • Comfortable working in multi-cultural environments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and driving performance across distributed teams.
  • Ability to build trust and engagement across geographically distributed organizations.
