Huvudansvarig för finansiering i Hallsberg leder och utvecklar platsens finansavdelning med fullt ansvar för verksamhetens finansiella agenda. Rollen är en affärspartner som fokuserar på lönsamhet, finansiell planering, prognostisering och kostnadskontroll, med en stark koppling till tillverkning och operationella prioriteringar.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage and develop the site’s Finance team.
- Take full responsibility for the financial agenda of our operations.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the site organization.
- Provide financial insights that support both strategic direction and operational priorities.
- Drive profitability and business performance through financial planning, forecasting, cost management, investment analysis, business cases and structured performance management.
- Translate financial data into clear priorities and actions that create long-term value.
- Support the site’s strategy deployment and continuous improvement journey.
- Ensure financial objectives and operational priorities are connected throughout the organization.
- Contribute to Volvo CE’s strategy, _Building Tomorrow Together_.
- Be an active contributor to Volvo CE's global Finance network.
- Help drive common priorities, exchange knowledge and contribute to the continued development of our Finance organization.
Krav
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Relevant experience from finance, controlling or business-partnering roles, including experience working in complex business environments.
- Experience of leading people, including a demonstrated ability to develop individuals and teams.
- Experience of manufacturing, industrial operations or a similarly complex business environment.
- Solid competence in financial planning, forecasting, costing, investment analysis and performance management.
- A good understanding of operational drivers, profitability and value creation.
- Experience from Lean, operational excellence, strategy deployment or continuous improvement.
- The ability to influence and support decision-making at senior management level.
- The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization, creating value through networks and cross-functional partnerships.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
