Ansvarsområden

Lead the end-to-end Service Operations flow, including Supply Planning, S&OP, inbound logistics, warehouse operations, outbound distribution, Dealer Inventory Management (DIM) and Customer Service.
Ensure best-in-class parts availability and supply chain performance to maximize customer uptime and support business growth.
Drive a customer-centric organization focused on satisfaction, uptime, service quality, responsiveness, back-order recovery and rapid fulfillment of critical customer requirements.
Build flexible, resilient and regionally competitive value chains capable of supporting future business growth and adapting to changing market conditions.
Foster a strong performance culture based on safety, accountability, continuous improvement and fact-based decision making, leveraging the Volvo Performance System (VPS).
Accelerate digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency and customer experience across the value chain.
Develop a high-performing organization through strong leadership, coaching, succession planning, capability development and change management.
Manage inventory, logistics and operational costs while maintaining competitiveness and supporting sustainable, profitable service growth.
Keep strong partnerships with Sales, Service Market, Business Areas, Dealers, Transport Providers and regional stakeholders to align operational excellence with growth ambitions.
Actively contribute to the Service Operations Latin America agenda, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and end-to-end thinking across the region.

You have a proven track record of leading people, cross functional teams, driving transformation and delivering sustainable results in service, supply chain, logistics or operation environments.
You communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
