Sandvik Coromant seeks a global Head of Customer Activation to lead a transformation in how technical expertise drives customer relationships, new business, and measurable growth. This role focuses on enhancing customer acquisition and engagement through global centers, events, and learning platforms, reporting to the VP of Global Sales.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive customer engagement through global Sandvik Coromant Centers.
  • Develop and expand Tech Days for customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Transform Sandvik Coromant Academy into a commercial, revenue-generating model.
  • Make technical content relevant, engaging, and attractive to customers.
  • Lead a global team and collaborate across markets, functions, and senior stakeholders.

Krav

  • Deep technical credibility in manufacturing, CNC, metal cutting, or related industrial environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical expertise into clear customer value and business outcomes.
  • Experience in industrial B2B sales, product management, technical leadership, customer-facing roles, or industrial training organizations.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a global environment.
  • Ability to lead change across cultures, functions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical content engagingly.
  • Ability to build strong collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
  • Practical, hands-on approach.
