We are looking for a results-oriented senior leader to head Cognitive Networks Solutions (CNS) and drive profitable growth within Networks Americas. This role involves defining business strategy, leading a diverse team, and fostering innovation for intelligent and autonomous networks.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead CNS as a standalone Solution Area, defining its strategy, priorities, and objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end CNS business, focusing on profitable growth and customer outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand the CNS business and increase market penetration.
  • Integrate CNS presales, solution expertise, consulting, and domain capabilities for a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop differentiated customer solutions leveraging cognitive networks, automation, AI-driven operations, and network optimization.
  • Build and scale innovative, repeatable solutions and business models.
  • Accelerate the adoption of new CNS capabilities, translating innovation into customer value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Partner across internal teams to shape opportunities and maximize value.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing organization.
  • Ensure operational discipline, financial performance, and effective resource management.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, innovation, and accountability.

Krav

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the telecommunications infrastructure industry, including significant Radio Access Network experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a customer-facing, presales, professional services, consulting, or telecommunications operator role.
  • Demonstrated success owning business results and delivering measurable customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Experience leading senior leaders, technical experts, and complex organizational transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications and wireless industries, customer priorities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Deep expertise in network performance, design and optimization, service assurance, or network operations.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled operations, automation, cognitive networking, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience leading presales, solution development, consulting, or professional services capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to identify emerging opportunities and convert innovative ideas into scalable solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to translate customer and market needs into differentiated solutions.
  • Experience working across complex, global, and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing, diverse, and geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead business and organizational transformation.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a track record of challenging established approaches.
  • Ability to foster innovation while maintaining commercial focus and disciplined execution.
  • Strong customer presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
