Ansvarsområden
- Support the Production Manager in financial and strategic decisions to drive growth, margin expansion, and cash generation by providing data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Identify issues, quantify impacts, and lead corrective actions to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Oversee financial closing, maintain high data quality, and lead quarterly reviews. Monitor the balance sheet and control investments to drive capital efficiency.
- Lead business cases, investment decisions, and pricing strategies. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement to support business development.
- Drive financial transformation initiatives and promote data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and digital finance capabilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Controlling team. Ensure the team has the right capabilities and structure to achieve its goals.
Krav
- Relevant academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience from production controlling
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Significant experience in business control and strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive change and inspire others
- Pass a security vetting
