Swedbank is seeking a Head of Accounting and Reporting Transformation Platform to lead a critical, multi-year initiative. This role involves full ownership of a next-generation Oracle-based accounting platform, redefining finance processes and data structures. The ideal candidate is a senior leader with a strong product mindset and proven experience in large-scale finance transformations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build trust, inspire people, and show courage as a leader.

  • Take full product ownership of the Oracle platform, ensuring delivery, quality, and value realization.
  • Lead the transformation initiative to replace legacy systems with a unified Oracle solution.
  • Drive delivery with intensity and precision in a complex environment.
  • Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure the solution simplifies processes, improves data quality, strengthens controls, and enables faster insights.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team and organization.
  • Secure end-to-end alignment across Finance, IT, Data, and Business areas.
  • Ensure stability, compliance, and resilience of the accounting platform.
  • Explore and leverage AI to transform accounting processes and delivery.

Krav

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent deep work experience.
  • Senior leader with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex, business-critical solutions (e.g., Product Manager roles).
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale finance or accounting transformations with a focus on delivery and value realization.
  • Deep expertise in banking accounting, financial reporting, regulatory frameworks, and end-to-end flows.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementations in finance, preferably Oracle-based (data migration, process redesign, platform consolidation).
  • Strong product mindset with ability to define vision, strategy, and translate to execution.
  • Delivery-oriented leader combining structure, pace, and ability to navigate complexity.
  • Highly collaborative team player able to build trust and alignment with senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and forward-leaning perspective on AI and automation in accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy landscapes and drive simplification.
  • Courageous and accountable leader who challenges constructively and leads through change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
