Amazon seeks an exceptionally talented Tech Sourcing Recruiter for a contractual role, focusing on identifying top talent in the US market for technical positions. This remote role requires expertise in candidate generation, Boolean search, and relationship management to support growth within the Global Strategic Sourcing team.

Ansvarsområden

  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
  • Filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies and implement new processes to deliver high-quality results.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

Krav

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Experience using a myriad of third-party tools to help provide texture on competitive advertising spending, category and consumer usage data via syndicated research sources.
  • Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline.
  • Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Boolean and Advanced Search techniques.
  • Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
  • Ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
  • Ability to build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions.

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand the talent market to source the right talent from targeted organizations.
  • Experience in hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers.
  • Experience in Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers.
  • Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape.
