Amazon is seeking a talented contract Tech Sourcing Recruiter for a remote role to support their WW Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility is to find and engage passive tech candidates in the US market using advanced sourcing techniques and build a strong candidate pipeline. This role requires experience with ATS, Boolean search, and strong communication skills to effectively assess and engage potential hires.

Ansvarsområden

Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate motivation and chemistry for role fit.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
Recommend recruitment strategies to support company growth.
Implement and refine recruiting processes to ensure high-quality results.
Articulate recruitment plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.

Krav

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
Bachelor's degree.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domains is an added advantage.
Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers.
Experience with Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers.
Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape.
Market Intelligence: Understand the talent market to source the right talent from targeted organizations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency.
Understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
