Amazon is hiring an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter for a 6-month contractual role to support its growth in the US market. This remote position requires experience in candidate generation, managing searches against timelines, and utilizing sourcing tools like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.

Ansvarsområden

Recruit passive candidates by profiling and gauging chemistry for fit and motivation.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
Recommend recruitment strategies to support company growth.
Implement and refine recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.
Articulate recruitment plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking.
Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other channels for remote sites.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualifications and skills.
Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search/Open web, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.

Krav

1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit customer SLAs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback, and a sense of urgency.
Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills.
Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
