Amazon is seeking a talented Tech Sourcing Recruiter to join their Global Strategic Sourcing team. This 6-month contract role is remote and focuses on finding top tech talent in the US market to support Amazon's growth. The ideal candidate will excel at candidate generation, market research, and utilizing various sourcing tools.

Ansvarsområden

Recruit passive candidates by profiling and gauging chemistry for fit and motivation.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
Recommend recruitment strategies for long-range company growth.
Implement and refine recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.
Articulate recruitment plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, and other channels.
Conduct candidate outreach to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualification and skill alignment.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.

Krav

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intelligence for saturated markets.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, and other sourcing channels.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement, with the ability to filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
Ability to build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.
