Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented Tech Sourcing Recruiter to join their WWAS TA C Sourcing team. This remote, 6-month contractual role focuses on identifying top talent in the US market for distribution and operations professionals, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.

Ansvarsområden

Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other channels for remote sites.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualification and skill alignment.
Recommend recruitment strategies to contribute to company growth.
Implement and fine-tune recruiting processes.
Articulate a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking.
Manage, prioritize, and close searches against timelines, meeting customer SLAs.

Krav

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intelligence for saturated markets.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Ability to manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
Experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
Understanding of how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize time, pushback, and a sense of urgency.
Understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
Must-have skills: Boolean and Advanced Search, Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent.
Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
Ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
Ability to build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.
