Amazon is looking for a talented Tech Sourcing Recruiter to join their WWAS TA C Sourcing team. This remote role focuses on identifying and engaging top tech talent in the US market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers. Experience with various sourcing tools and a strong understanding of technical skills are essential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
  • Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
  • Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualifications and skill alignment.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies that contribute to the company's long-range growth.
  • Implement and fine-tune recruiting processes.
  • Articulate a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process in writing.

Krav

  • 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • Experience with a contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Ability to curate market intelligence for saturated markets.
  • Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
  • Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
  • Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
  • Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
  • Build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Experience hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers.
  • Experience in Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers.
  • Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape.
