We are seeking a Tech Sourcer for a contractual role to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles, primarily focusing on North America. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean search and engaging passive talent.

Ansvarsområden

  • Source for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills.
  • Engage passive talent in specialized technical fields.
  • Build strategies and brainstorm creative sourcing solutions.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
  • Filter candidates during recruiter phone screen.

Krav

  • 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets.
  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
  • Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
  • Experience with X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
