I korthet

We are looking for a skilled Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles in North America. This is a contractual role with locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore, requiring expertise in sourcing passive technical talent.

Ansvarsområden

  • Source for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards.
  • Gather requirements, source, and screen candidates in specialized technical fields.
  • Articulate role-based value proposition to candidates.
  • Build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
  • Filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
  • Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
  • 2+ years of passive candidate generation experience.
  • Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies including employer branding and interview process optimization.
  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Master's degree or above in engineering, management, or technology.
  • 1+ years of data center experience, or experience working in a colocation data center facility.
  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
