Amazon is looking for an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter to support its North American Operations recruiting team. The role involves proactively sourcing passive candidates using various tools, conducting in-depth interviews, and building a strong network. This is a remote position based in India, requiring specific hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST).

Ansvarsområden

  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
  • Filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
  • Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening process to assess qualification and skill alignment.

Krav

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets.
  • Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels.
  • Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
  • Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards.
  • Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
  • Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
  • Build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand the talent market to source the right talent from targeted organizations.
  • Experience in any 1 or 2 Tech hiring domain will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of hiring Full stack, Back-end and Front-end engineers.
  • Data Analytics including Data Scientist (AI/ML) and Engineers.
  • Understanding of any 2-3 Programming languages or key tech stacks like Python, Java, SQL, ETL, data pipelines, Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, or similar technical landscape.
