Amazon is seeking a talented Sourcer Recruiter to identify and engage top finance and accounting professionals in the US market for its Global Strategic Sourcing team. This remote role requires expertise in full-life cycle recruiting, advanced search techniques, and market intelligence to support high-volume and niche hiring initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

  • Recruit passive candidates by profiling and gauging chemistry for fit and motivation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, anticipating hiring manager preferences.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies for long-term company growth.
  • Implement and refine recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.
  • Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes in writing.
  • Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles for finance and accounting roles.
  • Navigate the US finance talent market, understanding regional compensation, talent pools, and competitive landscape.

Krav

  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of progressive recruiting or research experience in corporate or search firm environments.
  • Proven ability to curate market intelligence for saturated talent markets.
  • Demonstrated experience using contact management systems/applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Must-have skills: Boolean and Advanced Search, Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent.
  • Ability to create targeted Boolean strings for niche Non-technical skills.
  • Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized non-technical fields.
  • Ability to articulate role-based value proposition to candidates.
  • Ability to build strategies and brainstorm creative sourcing solutions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Track record of managing high-volume and niche hiring initiatives.
  • Proven success recruiting for finance positions including financial analysts, senior financial analysts, finance managers, Accounting or related roles.
  • Familiarity with finance certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) and their relevance to various finance positions.
  • Good to have: Market Intelligence understanding.
