Amazon is seeking a talented Sourcer Recruiter to find top talent in the US market for their North American Operations. The role focuses on proactive candidate generation, relationship management, and utilizing various sourcing tools and channels in a remote, fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication, prioritization skills, and experience in talent sourcing initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to long-range company growth.
  • Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
  • Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
  • Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening processes to assess qualification and skill alignment.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search/Open web, GitHub and other sourcing tools.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
  • Experience executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level.
  • 2+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting work with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market experience.
  • Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
  • Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
