Amazon Prime Video is seeking a Growth Manager to drive its AVOD business in India. The role involves designing and executing strategies for customer acquisition, viewership growth, and audience building, collaborating with various internal teams and focusing on upper funnel growth and customer understanding.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive growth and customer acquisition initiatives for AVOD across teams in India.
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategies in partnership with central marketing to acquire new customers across web, mobile, and Living Room Devices.
  • Own and present key performance metrics on customer acquisition, viewership, and top-of-funnel growth to senior leadership.
  • Build and leverage strategic relationships with internal and external partner teams.
  • Drive rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration using data to understand customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Programming, Finance, and Engagement teams.

Krav

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in streaming, digital media, consumer internet businesses, or business consulting.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional growth programs.
  • Experience managing and measuring performance across various channels.
  • Experience building and driving strategy and plans through stakeholder management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience managing external partners to develop growth or marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  • Understanding of the Indian entertainment and content ecosystem.
