Job Summary

"We are looking for SAP PS & PP Lead with 15+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs across project-driven and manufacturing environments. The role demands strong expertise in Project Systems (PS) and Production Planning (PP), with the ability to design scalable, integrated solutions, define global templates, and lead large cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own solution architecture for SAP PS & PP across global implementation programs
Lead fit-gap workshops, blueprinting, and template standardization
Design end-to-end solutions covering:
Project Systems (PS): WBS, Networks, Project Planning, Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition
Production Planning (PP): MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Execution, Capacity Planning
Drive integration across modules (MM, SD, CO, QM, EWM, FI)
Define project-driven manufacturing & make-to-order (MTO) scenarios
Govern RICEFW objects, interfaces, and data migration strategy
Lead testing strategy (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and go-live execution
Provide architectural guidance on S/4HANA best practices and simplification
Mentor teams and ensure quality, timeline, and delivery governance
Engage with senior stakeholders and business leadership"
