Job Summary

"SAP R2R Consultant at E4.1 band with strong expertise in FSCM Collections and In-House Cash (IHC) to support S/4HANA transformation programs. Responsible for solution design, configuration, and integration of financial supply chain processes aligned to global templates and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
•    Configure and implement FSCM Collections Management (segments, strategies, worklists)
•    Design and support In-House Cash (IHC) (master data, payment processing, IDOCs, EOD)
•    Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
•    Ensure integration with AR, Credit Mgmt, Treasury, and Banking processes
•    Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities
•    Provide L3 production support and resolve complex issues
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R2R, O2C, Data, Integration)
•    Drive process standardization and global template alignment
Must Have Skills
•    Hands-on expertise in SAP FSCM – Collections & IHC
•    Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R)
•    Deep knowledge of: 
o    Collections configuration (strategies, worklists)
o    IHC processes (payments, IDOCs, EOD cycles)
•    Understanding of AR, Credit Mgmt, and Cash processes integration
•    Experience in end-to-end lifecycle (design → deployment → support)
•    Strong stakeholder communication and global delivery experience"
