I korthet

We are seeking an experienced MRO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP EAM / iMRO to support maintenance operations and engineering processes. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP-based maintenance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements across maintenance execution, planning, and engineering functions. This position is located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead business requirement discussions across Maintenance Operations and Maintenance Engineering teams.
  • Design and implement SAP EAM / iMRO solutions for end-to-end maintenance processes.
  • Configure maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, and maintenance plans.
  • Support integration of maintenance processes with SAP MM and FI/CO.
  • Enable efficient execution of maintenance operations including work order lifecycle and material consumption.
  • Support engineering processes including BOM management, task list standardization, and maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, reports, and Fiori applications.
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of SAP maintenance solutions.

Krav

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as an MRO Functional Consultant (SAP EAM / iMRO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) and iMRO solutions.
  • Experience in implementing maintenance operations and maintenance engineering processes in iMRO.
  • Deep understanding of maintenance order lifecycle and planning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of integration with MM (inventory, reservations, procurement).
  • Strong configuration expertise in maintenance plans, task lists, work centers, and BOMs.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in S/4HANA preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (EAM).
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori applications for maintenance.
  • SAP EAM / PM or S/4HANA Asset Management certification.
  • Strong expertise in SAP-based maintenance operations and engineering processes.
  • Ability to design and optimize end-to-end maintenance solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional integration within SAP.
  • Proactive communications to both business and IT stakeholders.
