Experienced Total Rewards professional needed for a Group CoE role in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Responsibilities include developing Ingka's Total Rewards Framework, providing expert guidance for M&A activities, and partnering with acquired companies to ensure competitive and compliant reward solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous development of Ingka's Total Reward strategy and framework content and approaches.
  • Act as the key Total Rewards advisor to Ingka Investments, providing expert guidance, resolving complex matters, and building organisational capability.
  • Partner with management teams and Boards of acquired companies throughout the M&A lifecycle - from due diligence and onboarding to integration and ongoing operations - ensuring competitive total rewards, aligned with Ingka’s remuneration philosophy and governance.
  • Translate reward insights, market practice and cost implications into clear recommendations for business and investment decisions.
  • Lead and/or contribute to selected development topics to improve Total Rewards processes, digital tools, and ways of working.

Krav

  • Experienced Total Rewards professional with strong commercial acumen.
  • Confidence to operate in complex and fast-moving contexts.
  • Credibility when working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance business needs, cost impact, internal equity, governance and long-term sustainability.
  • Analytical, structured, and able to translate data and complex reward topics into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity, influence with confidence and work independently on both strategic and hands-on topics.
  • Broad Total Rewards expertise, with strong reward judgement.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A, due diligence, integration, and transformation environments.
