Skanska is hiring a senior Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and enhance its global information security and cybersecurity capabilities. This hybrid role requires extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and governance to protect company assets and ensure compliance across international operations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Define, lead, and continuously improve information security and cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Protect Skanska’s information assets, ICT services, and business-critical operations against cyber threats.
  • Ensure security capabilities meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Support a secure and resilient digital environment.
  • Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strengthen cyber resilience and ensure security is embedded in operations, projects, and initiatives.
  • Lead the Group's response to major cybersecurity incidents.
  • Advise senior leadership on cyber risks and opportunities.
  • Drive a strong security culture through collaboration, awareness, and capability development.

Krav

  • Extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise security strategies.
  • Strong experience in risk management, governance, compliance, and incident management.
  • Experience communicating cybersecurity matters to executive leadership and boards.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience from a large, international, and decentralized organization.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001.
  • CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications.
  • Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and related security frameworks.
