IKEA is seeking a Part-Time Graphic Design & Communication Associate in Paramus, New Jersey to execute graphic communication strategies and produce in-store graphics aligned with the IKEA brand. This role requires 2-3 years of graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, offering a competitive hourly wage and a range of benefits.

Ansvarsområden

  • Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
  • Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
  • Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company's sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials.
  • Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends.

Krav

  • 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press production tools.
  • Must have working availability between the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM from Mondays to Fridays.
  • Some weekends shifts are required, depending on the needs of the business, remodels/special projects, etc.
