Leybold is seeking a Graduate Program - Business Process & Intelligent Solution Associate in Tianjin, China. This role involves supporting business data management, process documentation, data quality, and intelligent solutions like AI and Power Platform. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of databases and a strong interest in digital transformation and data analysis.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the development and maintenance of business data and knowledge foundations for CMS, AI solutions, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
  • Understand, document, and maintain business processes, process flows, SOPs, business rules, and operational procedures.
  • Document business data structures, including tables, fields, definitions, relationships, and source systems.
  • Perform data quality reviews and maintain data dictionaries and governance documentation.
  • Support the design, testing, and improvement of CMS, AI Agents, Power Platform solutions, and Power BI reports.
  • Collect requirements from business users and IT teams, and assist in user training and support.
  • Support project planning, testing coordination, issue tracking, and change management activities.
  • Prepare basic data analysis, dashboards, and reports to support management decision-making.

Krav

  • Basic understanding of database concepts (tables, fields, keys, relationships, data quality).
  • Basic SQL knowledge or strong willingness to learn.
  • Good understanding of data structure and logical thinking.
  • Strong interest in enterprise data, AI applications, business systems, process improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into data documentation or process logic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good documentation skills (data dictionaries, mapping files, process documents).
  • Strong learning ability, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and willingness to handle detailed data and documentation work.
