Alfa Laval in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking motivated engineering graduates for a 13-month Graduate Program starting September 2027. This full-time, on-site program offers diverse rotations, international exposure, and a dedicated project for aspiring engineers with a Master's degree and limited work experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Gain exposure across different functions and geographies.
  • Undertake rotations across core business areas (each lasting 1–3 months).
  • Complete an international assignment in the final month.
  • Work on a dedicated project running throughout the entire program.

Krav

  • Master’s degree (completed in Sweden) by September 2027 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Digitalization, Industrial Engineering & Management, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Mechatronics.
  • Maximum 1.5 years of full-time work experience (as of September 2027).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Eligible to work within the EU.
