Accenture is looking for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates for their Consulting graduate track in Sweden. This program offers hands-on experience, coaching, and training to help organizations solve complex business challenges and drive meaningful change using technology, AI, and data. The roles are full-time, with a start date in early autumn 2027.

Ansvarsområden

Support business transformation programs.
Analyze challenges across people, processes, technology, and data.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and create value.
Support organizational change and adoption initiatives.
Help redesign business processes and operating models.
Define and document business requirements.
Apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to support decision-making.
Develop recommendations, business cases, and presentations for client stakeholders.
Help turn recommendations into implementation roadmaps and action plans.

Krav

Master's degree or will receive degree before September 2027.
Can start at Accenture in early autumn 2027.
Strong academic results in a relevant field.
Analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen.
Interest in consulting, transformation, operations, or business development.
Curiosity about how organizations operate and create value.
Interest in how AI, data, and technology are transforming business performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
