Ansvarsområden
- Support team members in executing assigned supply chain and logistics activities.
- Assist in day-to-day logistics operations and administrative tasks.
- Help update and maintain master data in supply chain systems.
- Support data extraction, basic analysis, and reporting for operational needs.
- Assist in creating and updating logistics-related data in systems such as TMS and ERP.
- Support purchase order and sales order creation for logistics services and packaging.
- Help track deviations and support follow-ups under guidance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI / Python.
Krav
- Recent graduate eager to learn, curious about supply chain operations, and motivated to build a career in Logistics.
- Enjoy working with data, systems, and people.
- Comfortable supporting senior team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn tools such as TMS, ERP systems, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and learning mindset.
